Body said short run
Sunday am run feels like fall. So cool and crisp out. Sunday plan was to run a 10 mile long run. I haven't been properly resting or hydrating. My body told me that she was tired and 10 miles would not be the accomplished goal of the am. I listen to her. We compromised and did 4 today. It was relaxing and steady 4 miles. I had a chance to look up and enjoy what was above me as well as look down and appreciate all the places that my feet have taken me. Looking up was great today because I didn't get " a special " gift from the pigeons that flew above me.
