Last January Friday

Here comes the sun on Friday am run. Another 42 degree morning and a little New Edition in my ear to kick off the day. It was easy to put 5 miles this morning. As I was runningI thought that we are only 6 daysinto the new president and I'm already tired. I need to be mindful of my pace and to always find some beauty and positiveness inthe day.
