Beauty of the Spinning Wheel

Urban Art, creativity is everywhere in my neighborhood. This morning I ran by the spinning wheel. I was close enough to really look at how beauty it is.  I know I feel like my wheels just " keep a turning". Can there be beauty in chaos. Thought of the morning.
